Attendance requirements
At least one paper author and all speakers must attend the Symposium. Symposium registration fee must accompany submission of the final paper or poster submission.

Badges
All delegates will be provided with a name badge to be worn throughout the Symposium.

Car rentals
Several car rentals companies exist in Naples Airport: Avis, Europcar, Hertz, Maggiore, Sixt, Thrifty-Italy by car.

Certificate of attendance
A Certificate of attendance will be available on request at the registration desk on the last day of the Symposium.

Credit cards
Commonly accepted credit cards in hotels are American Express, Visa, Master Card and Eurocard.

Electricity
The electrical current in Italy is 220 volts, 50 Hz.

Exhibition
An exhibition will be arranged. For further information please contact the Organizing Secretariat.

Insurances
The organizing committee accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Symposium participants, either during or as a result of the Symposium. You are kindly requested to check the validity of your own insurance before leaving for Italy.

Internet point
An internet point will be available at the Symposium venue for all participants.

Language
The official Symposium language will be English.

Proceedings
All accepted papers and poster presentations will be published in the Symposium Proceedings distributed to partecipants upon registration.

Registration and information desk
It will be open prior to and during the Symposium.
It will be located at the Ariston Conference Center:
Sunday, August 31, from 2PM to 8PM
Monday, September 1 to Saturday September 6, from 8AM to 8PM

Time
Naples is one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) during the summer.

Visas
Participants should check with their local travel agents regarding visa requirements for travel to Italy. Application should be made to the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate at least three months before the intended date of travel.

Weather and clothing
In Italy the weather at the beginning of September is generally warm and sunny (25 - 30°C). Temperature is cooler at night. We suggest that you take with you summer clothes.
