delegates register and pay before May 30 the cost of the fee is reduced.

2 km from the Symposium venue.
Free bus transportation to and from your hotel for the Social Programme.
Lunches and Coffee breaks.

Student
The same as participants. The student
position must be certified in writing.

It is necessary to communicate the bank your Full Name and that your payment corresponds to the Symposium registration fee.
Confirmation
A receipt of payment will be sent
to you as soon as we have received your registration form and payment. The
receipt must be presented when registering at the Symposium. In case of
late registration and if the receipt has not been received, please bring
with you a copy of the registration together with a copy of your payment.
Invoice details
An invoice for the registration
fee will be issued. Please, fill in the proper section of the form with
all information necessary to issue the invoice.

For cancellations received before July 31, fees will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of Euro 120. No refunds will be made for cancellations charge received after July 31.
