Hotel reservation
Organizing Secretariat has passed a special agreement with some hotels in Paestum.
A number of hotel rooms have been reserved at special price for Symposium delegates.
These hotels are situated mainly near the Symposium venue, just a few metres from the sea.
A free shuttle will be available only from hotels staying more than 2 km from the Symposium venue, to the venue and viceversa.

Due to the great demand for hotel rooms in Paestum during the period of the Symposium, an early hotel reservation is necessary. If the hotel you requested is fully booked by the time your form arrives, the Organizing Secretariat will do its best to reserve for you another hotel.
If single rooms will be no more available, a double room for single use will be assigned to you.
If you need a cheaper alternative a limited number of residence is available.

Daily rates in Euro of the room (bed and breakfast) include bath or shower, local tax and services.

Hotel deposit payment
To confirm the hotel reservation, the hotel booking form should be sent together with personal credit card details to enable the hotel assigned to you to deduct the price of a night’s stay, only in case of no show. Please fill in the hotel booking form carefully and forward it by mail, fax or e-mail by and no later than May 30, to Organizing Secretariat. Every delegate will pay directly the bill to the hotel assigned before departure. Please note that reservations without credit card details cannot be accepted. Every hotel will take care of issuing an invoice, when settling the payment.

Confirmation
Leader s.a.s. will send a confirmation voucher to the address specified on the Hotel Booking Form.

Hotel cancellation
Cancellation have to be made in writing to Leader s.a.s. If received before July 31, the hotel will not charge any money.No refund will be made for cancellations received after
July 31 and the hotel assigned will deduct the price of a night’s stay from your credit card.
